Your Data.

We are fully compliant with the latest data protection GDPR laws. Your contact information is collected only through active consent through contact page or payment which is hosted by Squarespace Data is collected with the sole purpose of payment, delivery and communication for completing purchases. Your data will never be shared with any third parties other than who Squarespace uses for this please see Squarespace policies in privacy policy section. 

Returns.

If you change your mind and return the product this needs to be returned to us, as new, accompanied by proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt of item. Once the goods have been received a full refund will be given. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Faulty Goods.

If goods are found to be faulty, not as a result of any damage incurred in posting or buy the customer a full refund including return posting will be offered. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of faulty goods. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase. 

We cannot refund for items lost in transit.

Please allow 14 days for your return to be exchanged or processed but please be assured it will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Delivery.

We aim to deliver your goods within 5-10 working days once we have received your order if you live in the UK. We send items to EU countries and International counties but additional charges apply and please be aware you may have to pay additional charges in the country of delivery. Please specify where your goods are to be delivered to when you place your order. We use royal mail so please be aware of times when they maybe experiencing delays as this is beyond out control.

Payment Methods.

We accept all major credit cards displayed as well payments via worldpay Refunds are made via the original means of payment. All prices stated include VAT.

Postage Costs.

Any customer details taken will be held securely on our database and used only for payment transaction, delivery or return purposes. Please note details will never be passed to any third party. We are fully GDRP compliant.

Leona Lion asserts the  IP rights to any of their own branded products and are a registered trademark Leona Lion images and logo can only be used to promote and support Leona Lion.
